Important: Senior Advisors is not an insurance company, insurance carrier, or insurance agent. We do not underwrite, issue, or bind any insurance policies. We do not guarantee that any Service Partner will contact you, offer you coverage, or provide any specific terms. The insurance products and policies offered by Service Partners are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the issuing insurance company. We do not provide insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice of any kind. Any content on the Website is provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice.

3. User Data and Information

In the course of using the Website, you may be asked to provide personal information ("User Data"), including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, ZIP code, and information regarding the type of insurance you seek. You represent and warrant that all User Data you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00).
